Sometime ago, not yet in the distant past i had probably one of the most exciting experience an ordinary expatriate living in Saudi Arabia could ever had.
That of being in the same roof of the current Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah.
If there is anything that could explain what I saw and witnessed, it would be utter simplicity of a reigning King in the presence of his subordinates.
No crown, no scepter, no robe.... he was wearing what appeared to my naive eyes is a regular Thobe or Saudi traditional dress.
He was amazing.
I dont think there is ever a reigning monarch like him. Such humbleness and simplity.
